Healthy Eating and Recipes

Part of the service that I want to offer to everyone is the option of eating healthily without the hassle of really complicated recipes. As you all know I am a busy mum of 3 and I am still able cook our meals from scratch and use fresh food and ingredients as much as possible.

In our family we all tend to eat the same foods and my children love the flavours that are in the meals that I make.  When I was going through my weight loss phase, I did cook my meals separately and what actually happened was that the kids and my husband started to request what I was eating rather than their “traditional” meals. Our family’s health has all improved as a result of this – and that makes me extremely happy!!!!

What makes my recipes different

My recipes are quick and easy to make and don’t include anything that is really complicated. I do have a degree in Hotel Management and did do my time in hotel kitchens so I know how to simplify things and I want to pass that experience on to you… I do enjoy cooking and want others to enjoy it as well!!

Most of my recipes only have 4/5 ingredients and the method of cooking them is not complicated. The instructions that I give are really clear and easy to follow.

My goal is that families are able to eat quick and easy to make foods that are healthy and enjoyable.

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring – it can taste even better than the store bought meals AND it can actually work out to be cheaper as well!!

So, get the saucepans out, fill your fridge and cupboards with lots of ingredients and enjoy the experience of “Solutions” Cooking!
